In this workshop, participants will create their vision boards to visualize and articulate their professional and personal goals. After completing their vision boards, an open discussion will take place where students can discuss together and reflect on:
Short-term and long-term goals: What do they want to achieve in the future, and how can they plan their career path to get there?
Barriers and challenges they might face along the way: What obstacles could they encounter, and how can they overcome them to achieve their goals?
Benefits and opportunities that come with this process: How can they contribute to achieving their objectives and develop a clear plan for realizing them?
This collective discussion will help students share ideas, engage with each other’s experiences, and create a clear and unified mindset on how to turn their dreams and goals into reality.
