Work@Campus Students Participate in Professional Development Workshops at Popova Sapka

On December 21 and 22, 2024, students from the Work@Campus – Fall Semester 2024 program took part in a series of professional development workshops led by Ms. Haxhere Aliu, Work@Campus Coordinator. The event, held at Popova Sapka, provided students with a unique opportunity to reflect on their career aspirations, develop essential skills, and engage in meaningful discussions about their professional growth.

The workshops covered three key topics:

Career Planning – Helping students create a structured approach to their career progression by setting clear, actionable goals.
Paint Your Career Path – Using creative methods to visualize career aspirations, discuss challenges, and explore opportunities.
Vision Board – Encouraging students to design a vision board as a tool to clarify their goals and define their future path.

Through interactive discussions, participants explored the barriers, opportunities, and steps needed to navigate their professional journey with confidence. The event fostered a collaborative learning environment, allowing students to exchange experiences and gain practical insights for their future careers.

By organizing such initiatives, Career Center IBU reaffirms its commitment to bridging academic learning with career readiness, ensuring that students are equipped with the skills and mindset needed to thrive in the professional world.
