Dauti-Komerc is a family business of the DAUTI family which was transformed into a joint-stock company, with a corporate system of leadership. Its governing bodies are the Shareholders’ Assembly, the Management Board, and the Board of Directors. The main activity of “Dauti-Komerc” SHA (“SHA” = joint-stock company) is the import-export and distribution of fast-moving consumer products, which is carried out through distribution centers in North Macedonia, Kosovo, and Montenegro, as well as by local suppliers through the “Cash&Carry” network in Skopje, Tetovo, and Struga, of North Macedonia.
